Interview with River Jordan
Sunday, March 29, 2009 at 10:12AM A few weeks ago, I did a phone interview with River Jordan for her radio show River Jordan Radio. River is a playwright & a writer & a teller of stories (which makes sense, since she's from the South. It's one of the clear advantages, besides great barbecue & accents that wander like a drunken honeybee, that comes with being from the South. You grow up living & breathing stories & reality is never quite the same without a good dash of tale-spinning thrown in there...)
Anyway, we meandered through a conversation about story & creativity & play & a few other things. It's about 27 minutes long, so it's definitely a meander. So, if you find yourself with some time, grab a cup of tea & a couple of squares of chocolate & settle into a cozy chair & join us...
with love, Brian
P.S. You can listen to River's show every Saturday at 4 pm CST at Radio Free Nashville, streamed live on the web. It's filled with great music & books & the power & wonder of stories. Worth checking out..
