Permanent To-Do List.
Thursday, April 2, 2009 at 1:00PM After a long day, filled with every possible thing going wrong, a group of us went out for a glass of wine. Somehow, our conversation turned into a list of all the projects we had going on, from that exact minute, up until the very moment of our death. I didn't have a lot to say while the discussion went on around me, since I'm not a big one for lists. I think this is mainly because I usually just go & do the first thing that comes into my head anyway.
If I ever did a list, it would need to be easy to remember. Or at least be easy to write in permanent marker on my hand where there was a possibility I'd see it. So, I scrawled this on a napkin & I brought it home & put it on the wall next to my computer, where I can point it out whenever anyone asks me what I'm up to nowadays...

I love this. I was just about to make my own list of things I need to do. Now, I think I'll just go do something instead. And look forward to drinking wine later.
Why wait? All that other stuff will keep... :-)
Ah. My hero!
Next to Maynard G. Krebs, that is....
:-)
I'm glad to see I'm in good company, Michael...:-)
